Refund policy

Changed your mind after receiving your order? Send a picture to support@toverlux.com to assess whether the products are still in good condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning costs are for the customer.

Is a package damaged during shipping or is the content incorrect? You can also send a picture to support@toverlux.com.

We will replace the order free of charge.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Toverlux cannot exchange items. You can return the goods and be refunded, after which you can make another order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@toverlux.com.

Warranty Process (all products)

  1. Take photo’s in original packaging and shipping box with attached label.
  2. Contact the store where you purchased the item — all warranty claims begin there.
  3. If bought from us directly, email support@toverlux.com with your order number, a short description, and photos.
  4. If approved, we’ll send you a free return label and take care of the rest.
