Hello, 

My name is Berit. I have been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember.

Growing up on Biodynamic farms in the heart of Europe and attending Steiner Schools gave me a deep reverence for Nature and the Spiritual world, which has become a golden thread in my life and artistic work. 

Throughout all the trials and tribulations of life, I have found myself returning to art not only as a form of expression but also as a place of refuge and healing. My work is greatly inspired by my love for discovering the world through travel, as well as the journeys of knowing ourselves and the Divine world.

We are gifted a life with so much beauty that shapes us from without and within. My greatest wish is to create art that may touch the hearts and souls of others so they can become an inspiration on their journeys.

After growing up in Switzerland, my life path led me to Canada in 1995, where I later completed my studies in Fine Art. I am the mother of now two grown daughters and have been teaching art at a Waldorf school since 2011. In 2022, I began my training in Anthroposophic Art Therapy to share the gift of healing through art with a world in need.

It is truly an honour to have my work light up by the magical Toverlux lamps. May they bring beauty, comfort, dreams and smiles to hearts and homes across the world!
