💡 Toverlux Lamp & Lantern

  • Warranty period: 1 year from purchase date.
  • What’s covered: Faults in the lamp body or LED (only when original EU-CE-certified LED strip and USB adapter are used: AC220–240V DC5V 2A 10W).
  • Conditions:
    • Product must include all original parts and be unaltered.
    • For indoor, decorative use only.
  • Not covered:
    • Damage from misuse, outdoor use, or modification.
    • Natural variations in wood (color, grain) are not defects, discolouration over time is a natural process of wood and doesn’t fall within warranty.

Important:

  • Not a toy — keep away from children under 14 without supervision.
  • Do not leave the plugged in lamp unattended.


 Toverlux Silhouettes

  • Warranty: 1 month after purchase
  • Material: Polypropylene – safe, strong, heat-resistant & 100% recyclable.
  • Ink: Food-grade safe (used in food packaging).
  • What’s covered: Manufacturing defects and damages during transport.
  • Not covered:
    • Scratches, damage from bending, misuse, or alteration.
    • Color shifts or wear from extended use.


Toverlux Window Frame

  • Warranty period: 6 months after purchase
  • What’s covered: Faults in wooden frame, suction cup, base, or slot mechanism.
  • Conditions:
    • For indoor use only.
    • Must include all original parts.
  • Not covered:
    • Water damage, droppings, or natural wood variations. Discolouration over time is a natural process of wood and doesn’t fall within warranty.


Warranty Process (all products)

  1. Take photo’s in original packaging and shipping box with attached label.
  2. Contact the store where you purchased the item — all warranty claims begin there.
  3. If bought from us directly, email support@toverlux.com with your order number, a short description, and photos.
  4. If approved, we’ll send you a free return label and take care of the rest.
